Minimums, delivery, customisation and payment — answered.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Five pieces per design. You can mix designs in one order, so a 50-piece order could be ten pieces each of five different boxes.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship within 7 days of the design and quantity being confirmed, festive season included. Fully custom work — custom printing, custom sizes or handwoven pieces — takes a little longer, and we confirm the date in writing before you pay.
Do you deliver outside Bangalore?
Yes. We ship across India from our Mysore Road workshop and office in Bangalore. Freight is quoted separately based on the destination, weight and volume.
Can you print our company logo on the box?
Yes. Logos can be foil-stamped, screen-printed or applied on a tag or belly band, depending on the material. Send us your logo file along with your enquiry and we will tell you which method suits the box you have chosen.
Can I see the box before I order?
Yes. We send photographs of the exact design, and sample pieces can be couriered against a sample charge that is adjusted into the final order.
Do the boxes come filled with dry fruit or sweets?
No. We supply the boxes, trays, jars and partitions. You or your filler pack the contents, which keeps food handling with you and the packaging with us.
How do I get a price?
Prices depend on the design, the quantity and any customisation, so they are quoted rather than listed. Shortlist the designs you like, add them to the enquiry list and send it to us on WhatsApp or through the form on this page — we reply with a per-piece quote.
What payment terms do you work on?
An advance against a confirmed purchase order, with the balance before dispatch. GST invoices are issued for every order.

How an order runs, start to finish, so there are no surprises.
- Orders are executed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to stock availability.
- Quantities cannot be blocked or reserved in advance.
- All orders are against advance payment; no credit is extended.
- Prices are exclusive of transportation and applicable taxes (GST).
- Every order is quality-checked before packing and dispatch.
- Loss or damage in transit is at the buyer's responsibility.
